[Shotimes] Pimp My Ride

Did anyone catch the inconsistancies? Only a SHO nerd would catch them:

1) A black 89 taurus? - I thought only 89 SHOs were black. When she flips the hood up, you can see the repaint.

2) The car was in a minor front end collision, so the grill was replaced with an 86-88 Taurus grill.

3) When Xibit (or whatever his name is) talks about the Taurus, he say it was ahead of it's time when it was introduced in 1989. He meant to say 1986.

Anything else?

My son (6) and I like that show, but they only spend about 2 minutes on the tear down & rebuild. I also wonder how long the cars last on the road afterwords. At least my son can use "pimp" in a sentence now!
