[Shotimes] engine stumbling

Sorry, this is on my ATX.

I did get to check fuel pressure

Cool engine idle 35-36 lbs
3-4000 goose 40 psi
slowly increase throttle 30 psi and dropping.  <-- Indicates a problem
to me
