The annoying thing is the tickets for sound.  If the State wants to find the
ultimate way to be hypocritical, it's to give cars sound tickets where the
loudest car I've ever heard on the street is considerably quieter than the
average Harley.  Actually, the loudest car would be *inaudible* if said
Harley was nearby.

I just bought Kerry Tuck's red 89 screamer and the tint is not legal, so I
guess I'm in for a fix-it.

I suspect this is just the bureaucracy responding to some free Federal
funding or possibly some State grant.  A perfect example of what the US
Constitution was carefully designed to prevent.
