Not to mention the STi is probably the epitome of a "heavily modified
factory car" today.  The only thing MORE so would be an EVO VIII.

Oh, and a stock STi would hand any stock to mildly modded SHO their ass.
 
It doesn't take much to bring a Wrx down into the 12's, even less for an
STi.  Heck, I'm sure Porter could testify to the badassness of the Box 4.
