[Shotimes] lifting an engine

I used the intake support bolts as well. My hoist came with a load balancer
but you could probably just use a couple chains easier.

Sure...I've lifted 289 and 302 engines with their factory bolts hundreds of
times....no problems.  Bolts are snugged against the lifting hardware...not
sticking
out.
