[Shotimes] Slippery SHO Service

To replace the belts they have removed to perform another service, $300 is 
too much.......there should have been no labor.  The belts are maybe 
$100-150.
According to the dealer that did the last water pump on my '94......"you 
have to remove the timing belt to replace the water pump, you bring the 
belts, and there will be no additional charge", they even replaced the crank 
seal for no additional labor, the seal cost me $12.
