[Shotimes] The Pillsbury Effect

Paypal will help but you aren't as protected as if you
use a VISA credit/debit card. The person who you are
disputing must have the funds in their paypal account
before you can get anything back. If they respond
within those 10 days, the claim could go either way.
If they sent you anything (a box of flowers instead of
what you paid for), the claim may not be processed in
your favor. ...and quite frankly, it's annoying to
have to wait the required 30 days + 10 additional days
for the claim to go through. VISA will give you
provisional credit until the dispute is resolved.

I disputed a paypal payment once and was lucky. I got
my money back. But I always use my VISAs for the extra
protection. If paypal can't help me, I'm going to VISA
next.

...and now back to the Nick Buck saga and the $75 he
owes me for cams gear that I found out later that he
didn't even have...Time to email him his weekly
reminder for my refund or get moving with my mail
fraud claim against him..
