[Shotimes] cylinder test

I think Mike may be thinking about the "warm-up" part of the test. 
IIRC, my tester instructs me to warm up the engine by holding it at or 
above 2k RPM for 2 minutes before some certain part of the test.  By 
contrast, I do remember a WOT requirement during a few-second interval 
between sections of the test, but I don't remember a cylinder *balance* 
test on my EEC-IV tester.  The closest thing I remember was a cylinder 
number test, i.e. 4 flashes tells you you've got a 4-banger, 6 flashes 
for the 6-cylinder, 8 for a V8.
