Ron:
 I think you lost the fuel pump relay in your IRCM. I am sending you a 
diagram on how to add an external relay and bypass the fuel pump function in 
the IRCM. I have done it on my 1993 Green ATX several years ago with great 
results. Total cost was under $20 for the relay and wire.
Pretty cheap repair!!
