The rain sensor wipers seemed to not work consistently. Many complaints on 
the LS boards. One glaring issue is there is no over ride and no delay 
setting. Either the rain sensor control the wipers or you can run then 
continuously. I think this was a mistake. I really like the SHO's delay and 
single swipe feature for the wipers.

PS: Can you tell what you paid for the 2004?
The VVT was added in 2003.
