   Not sure if you've gotten a response yet, but these are intructions for removing that valve.  It'll tell you which hole it goes in:

   If I remember correctly, one side has a small hole.  That hole faces out of the rack into the pressure line.
   The first time I found out about this valve was trying to figure out what that shiny thing was in the dirt under my car after getting a new rack in.
