[Shotimes] OT Used car financing

My uncle lives in Bethesda, MD. His neighbor has 2
former US Military vehicles. One is an armored vehicle
and the other has a .50 mounted on the roof. ...and
its parked on the front lawn. For those who don't
know, Bethesda is a very "well-to-do" area so this
thing looks very out of place.
Not that I'm passing judgement on people with armored
cars. It just sticks out a little bit. =)
