National Motorists Association has a bunch of resource materials
that will help you fight your case. nma.org?
But I would just bit the bullet and hire a lawyer. 3 years of high
insurance will likely be more that this lawyer.
Never got lazered, but have been radared. I look in the yellow pages
and hire a local lawyer that is now in private practice, but had
been a prosecuter. Likely he knows all of the loop holes and the
strings to pull.
This has always worked for me.
