[Shotimes] 90 SHO Wheels on an 89 SHO

Also, one minor issue is that if you want to use the '90 caps, you have to
get the std open-end lugnuts, as the chrome decorative lugnuts from the
'86-'89 Tauri/SHOs with the exposed lug nuts don't fit under the cap.

I would add that the 96-99 wheels will also fit the 89-95 although they are
