It's an ATX. I thought of that, but I didn't see it last night, where is that located?

If it started that quick, this sounds like your oil pressure sender blew
out. ATX or MTX?

Yes, it's not power steering fluid. I replaced the power steering pump
about
a year ago. And had my hands down and around it last night. I checked
around
the cam sensor as well, but didn't find anything. This weekend I'll check
both those areas more closely. With the light I had, I didn't see oil
anywhere from the top; from underneath I couldn't see where it was coming
from, but I could watch it dropping on the cat. Very frustrating....
Thanks for the input, JB
