[Shotimes] Rear brakes

I see there was a debate in the near recent past on the rear brake
controller. Basically the thing is useless, when I swapped control arms I
opened up the pin valves, but this approach led to rear brakes with zero
flow to them after about a year of driving. My story was that I took it out
to replumb the lines and ended up cracking a metal line above the gas tank.
mine were pretty corroded in that are, so i am not suprised by that too
much. I cut the line at about the rear seat and ran all new lines from
there back to the flex lines. It is a metric sized line IIRC, but it can be
flared to a standard 3/16" double flare. I did that and then ran 3/16"
everywhere else. It is a lousy setup from the factor to deal with as it is
part SAE Double flare, and part Metric Bubble flare (at the controller).
Total cost for 25 feet of tubing and fittings was around $80. But I have no
more brack controller and the flexability to change the setup if I want
later.
