[Shotimes] Vibration or picky...again

Jim,

There's no vibration above 85mph and up to 120mph (which is the fastest I've ever taken my car.)

There's probably ~1500 miles on the Pilot Sport tires.

When I put the slicers on, everything is fine.

Mike,

I do use a mallet and go through the same procedure you recommended.

I don't understand what the centering of the wheel had to do with your Wilwood rotors?

George,

Thanks for your advice. I have your extended "wheel balancing" instructions and briefly tried following them the other day. But I had not centered the wheel properly on the hub. So I didn't get far. I'll try again this weekend.

I took the right wheel off yesterday and carefully tightened the rotor to the hub with wide washers between the nut and the rotor (to prevent inadvertently displacing the rotor when tightening.)

I noticed a distinct radial wobble in the edge of the rotor. I'd say 0.5-1mm. Is this normal? I checked the centering of the rotor on the centerbore of the hub, and it looks perfect. The rotors are 12.5" Baer's.
