Having just replaced the Bosch wiper arms that were on my SHO when I bought  
it a year ago, with a new set based on Bosch's current parts listing on the 
web,  I want to pass on what looks like a misleading entry in their listing.
 
For part # 40920 (Micro Edge Excel Front) and 40720A (Micro Edge Front) the  
wiper arms are correct.  However they state "Adapter U1 (Adapter  
pre-installed)".  
 
The pre-installed adapter is not the correct one.  Furthermore, the  one 
adapter in the kit which IS the same type as the SHO (the adapter already on  my 
SHO has a little flat strip of plastic sticking out the end that you depress  
to retract a rectangular peg that fits in the matching slot in the shepherd's  
crook) -- is just a skosh too narrow to fit over the shepherd's crook, so it  
jams when you try to slide it in!
 
I had to re-use the adapters already on my SHO, which worked fine but they  
are getting a bit brittle with age.  
 
Bosch being readily available in so many bricks-n-mortar parts  stores, and 
nothing wrong with the wipers themselves, just be forewarned  about the adapter.
