[Shotimes] Need Help Evaluating Crankshaft Pully and Timing

I can't tell much from your photos.  The keyway in the sprocket doesn't look
too worn but you would have to check that yourself.  Mine was worn much more
than that.  You would have to put the gear on the crankshaft and then see if
it moves back and forth by putting a pipe wrench on it.  It needs to be
tight on the key and not move.

As far as alignment, it doesn't matter until you reassemble everything.  The
new belt has yellow marks on it to help with alignment but you can do a good
enough job just using the marks on the timing cover and the block.  The
thing to do is to align the shafts with the marks and then put the belt on.
After you get the belt on then you can take your time and look at each mark
to make sure it is aligned properly.  If it is it will be obvious.  If you
are off by one tooth that will also be obvious.

Very important after reassembly you must properly torque the bolt that holds
the harmonic balancer on.
