CPS failure is often due to water, and can cause sporadic shutdowns.
Hopefully that solves your issue. Keyway looks great.
The gear dots and belt marks only line up during install. As soon as engine
is rotated they shift, and it takes many revolutions for them to do that
again. I think the belt walks its way around the gears one tooth or so per
engine revolution, or something like that. The gear dots should re-line up
every 2 revolutions.
I'd do all three of those front seals, just for maintenace, say 100k
maintenance.
My messy oil leak was the rear cam seal, not the crank.
Be careful not to scratch anything like the sealing area of the crankshaft!
While getting the old seal out. (Don't ask)
