There are a bunch of speed shops in the area that should be able to do what you want. Performance Unlimited has a pretty good reputation. I also see alot of cars at MAS in Virginia Beach on Haygood for sc/turbo stuff. There's Abacus racing on Baker Road. Call them for prices or try stopping in at a locally owned muffler type shop and see if they'll do it. Some shops will and some won't. This isn't a typical job with set pricing so I'm sure they'll just come up with figures off the cuff.
