Jim,

Sorry to hear about the accident.  Glad to know that for the most part you 
are okay.

If I may stick in my .02 worth here................I am a massage therapist 
that works mainly in therapeutic massage.  I have had several courses 
involving the head and neck.  Either after things simmer down and your 
feeling a bit better, or, your Doctor okays it, go see a Massage Therapist 
who is certified (especially if in NMT - neuromuscular therapy) and have 
them work those areas involved.  You will be damn glad you did in the 
future!!!
