Yeah talk to someone about what Don is saying. I was in a crach back in 99,
and though the hospital said there was no damage to anything tht they could
see, I now have persistant neck and upper back pain between my shoulders.

I have to crack my back and neck 2-3 times a day to make it go away, and I'm
only 29, hopefully it won't get much worse over then next years.

Glad your personal damage wasn't any worse.  As someone with direct
experience with the long-term effects of a sore neck (rollover accicent in
my case), I can tell you that you should watch for damage later in life.  I
have three fused vertebre now and can't turn my head much.  Had I known to
watch out for this, I could have done some simple exercises
25 years ago that would have prevented this.  So talk to an expert on the
spine and neck about how to prevent problems decades down the road.
