I did go to the emergency room.  I just went under my own power instead of
using the ambulance.  That way I picked the ER not them.

It's hindsight now, but you should have gone to the hospital. If you have
problems later, it makes it easier to get resolution, even if nothing was
found on the initial trip.

Nobody else was hurt.  An ambulance was originally called but didn't even
stop when they were notified that there were no serious injuries.
