I don't know the differences in the numbers between the two, but in
general more lift & duration will move the torque peak higher in the RPM
band. So as long as the slight low-end loss isn't an issue for you, no
worries.
With regard to the cam swap, Zach's post was spot on. You'll prolly
want to check your shims while you're in there. There is a good drawing
of the cam sprocket orientation in the Helms, but basically the dots
line up with the white marks (which were very hard to see on my chains),
and they all line up across the face of the head where the valvecover
seals.

I was under the impression that swapping out MTX cams for the ATX cams
(intake) would yield better power? The MTX cams give greater lift... so

*little* more power out of it... and don't worry, I won't be getting

tensioners.
