[Shotimes] Eibach springs with stock struts?

Hey guys,
I've got a question concerning struts. My car is currently running
Eibach springs with GR-2 struts. The car rides like a school bus (the
front end bounces like crazy!) and I was thinking about going to a stock
Motorcraft strut. Now, I've heard that the car rides like this because
of the Eibach springs, as the GR-2's are essentially a stock replacement
strut. Is this true? Would new Motorcraft struts with the Eibach's ride
like this? I mean, this thing bounces so much that I've had a guy ask me
if I have hydraulics on the car! It's the worst riding car I've ever
owned!
I should note that the rear of the car rides great. It's just the front
end. It literally bounces almost non-stop on anything other than
perfectly flat roads. You start to get used to it after a while, but
then I'll hop in my 99 and realize just how BAD the 94 really is. I find
it hard to believe that this is simply the result of running slightly
stiffer springs on a stock style strut. I think it's more likely that
these GR-2's just suck (at least the fronts. they are made in China, and
the rears are made in Italy). Anyone have any thoughts?
Thanks!
