[Shotimes] Shipping tires/wheels

On a side note to this about shipping car parts....

dad and I have been reproducing and selling hubcaps for 26 and 37
Cords.  We got 2 orders form overseas so far.  1 from Australia. 
Shipping cost to there was about 300 bucks for a set of 4.  The next
one we got is to Zaire.  Shipping cost is roughtly $700.  The boxes
are roughly 24x24x24 for 4 caps and weigh about 15 - 20 lbs.

Wanna talk about expensive shipping... sheesh.  $700 for shipping is
nearly the same value as the hubcaps in the box.  (these things are
worth about 250 bucks each or more.)
