[Shotimes] Power Window Quiz

Well it looks like just about every component has failed at one time or
another.  Time to get out the meter and pull panels.  I'll start with the
drivers door; it only happened after the car sat out in the deluge we had a
couple weeks ago.  Maybe water got in one of the plugs?  Thanks for all the
help.
