Ah, good logic Steve. that's the way to start, but I want to throw in
another distinct possibility as well. There is a connector under the
door panel tha connects the motor to the switches, I have seen these
connectors fail before. My passenger rear on did this and I had to
rip the door panel off, diagnose it and fix it before the impending
thunderstorm let loose. I ended up just jumping power to the window
motor to roll it up and then figured out what was the problem.
Get your digital multimeter out everybody!
