Jim L: "I have been thinking of trying the Koni's on a set of MOOG Cargo
Coil springs for my '93. Anyone ever tried this combination? Anyone know of
the correct spring numbers for a GENII? I have heard different stories about
the CC springs. One person tells me that they
raise the car waaaayyyy to much. Another says that you have to use springs
from a different application to get the correct ride height."

Yeah, I desperately need to do springs and shocks too and have been looking
at the Moogs.

My G2 SHO is mainly a daily driver and I must contend with potholes, steep
curb cuts, high speed bumps, etc. AND also with a couple of dipsy-doodle
sections (stream valleys) with badly reverse-cambered curves. So I need a high
but laterally tight setup.

Frank Costa was using this sig line in January. Perhaps he might comment on
his Moog/Monroe setup. The Silver Bullet sure seems to have the other
tight-butt suspension mods, yet Koni/Tokico are quite conspicuous by their absence.

How bout it Frank, let's have a users report. ;-)
