[Shotimes] Temperature Problem

Yes definitely sounds like it is low on coolant and have a lot of air
in the system.  The no heat out of the heater is the give away as
there is no coolant flowing through the heater core.

You must have a leak somewhere too or a bad radiator cap as the system
will keep itself purged of air if it is properly working.
