[Shotimes] Intermittent Defogger Fan

Or whatever the heck that thing is called.
Anyways, the last week or so we have seen temps dip
below zero at night. And today...er...tonight is the
third time I've gone out and fired up the car, only to
have the fan stay at it's slowest speed. Sometimes
it's fine when it's this cold out, and other
times...well....its hard to drive on solid ice, change
gears, swerve to avoid cars still stuck in the ditch,
and scrap the inside of the windshield. Can someone
point me in the right direction? Is it just cold doing
this? Is my ETAC going? Or is the fan itself going?
Checked the fuses tonight (figured I had to start
there...besides...fuses are cheap)...but all of them
look just fine. Thanks peeps!
