[Shotimes] Y-pipe install problem

Can you not straighten them back, for example by heating them up first and then bend them back to where they belong?

I'm curious how they became skew in the first place, and didn't you have trouble removing the flange also (assuming the studs were skew even before you removed the y-pipe.)
