[Shotimes] '94 crank pulley etc.

Hey list,

Half-way through the 60k thing. Following the proceedure on the website. New timing belt is in place. Two questions:

1. Crank pulley. I followed the instructions for removal (slide 19mm socket on, rest breaker-bar handle on sub-frame, turn key) but I'm wondering about reinstall. How much torque? Do I have to take measures to keep the motor from turning?

2. Timing belt tensioner. I've been told....let tensioner swing back against timing belt, tighten nut, turn motor 2 times, loosen nut and then retighten. This info was according to distant memory of a helpful v8sho list member. Does this sound right?
