[Shotimes] Rod shifter maintenance

I will probably do that too soon. New grease should help, but the main
problem I have now is where the shift shaft and the shift rod connect via
the clamp. I believe the bushings have worn off. When this happens,
there is a lot of slop in that connection. The grease I put in there acts
as a buffer but that is only a temporary fix.
There really isn't any resistance to speak of in the shifting action itself.
