[Shotimes] Happy 4th of July

Were there any stabbings or gang-related actvity at the event?  I'll bet
there was.  I have a friend on the police force.

Dover is NOT a nice place for the family, especially after dark.

I used to work off Blackwell Street - aka Latino gang central.

The only reason the fireworks are fantastic is because Casio Inc HQ is
located in town and they put up all of the money for the "5-star" fireworks.
The town has nothing to do with it.
