[Shotimes] AC Cycling... 95 MTX

My '95 SHO atx which also has 85k on it runs the compressor 7-8
seconds/cycle. It seems though that last year the a/c was colder....

How long should the compressor cycle in a good healthy
system? My AC is not as cold as it was even though it
has a full charge. Compressor cycles ever 5 seconds.
Dealer says compressor may be on it's way out.
That's OK with me becuase entire AC system is covered
by warrantee.
