Well, "properly" launched, a 3.0 MTX SHO will pull better 60' times at the
strip then "most" ATXs. Some ATX cars can pull in the 2.0 range (seems like
a few more Gen 3s can do that better).

The 3.2 has a bit of extra torque, but it's because t loses more through the
TC and tranny. Now, a 3.2 in front of an MTX.....

I've never driven an MTX with the 3.0, but I have been told that the 3.2 in
the ATX has that little bit extra torque that makes it pull a bit harder out
of the hole.
