[Shotimes] STEERING HELP NEEDED

 I think it is a VAPS problem. I still get a little jerky feedback from the
steering wheel on cloverleaf's. How many miles on the car? Does it even have
the VAPS? I have improved but not eliminated this by fluid changes of the
P/S. What does the P/S fluid look like? All black and like syrup?
