[Shotimes] STEERING HELP NEEDED

Failing strut bearings? I know that causes the 'pulsing' sensation, my 
car had that until I replaced the bearings. Otherwise, failing VAPS or 
failing VSS. Ask him if the car tends to jerk out of O/D when coming to 
a stop...
