[Shotimes] Testing ABS

The symptom sounds similar to most ABS gap related
issues. I also had this symptom when I damaged an ABS
sensor which came loose but was still seated in the
spindle. Check the ABS rings but also check to make
sure that the sensors are firmly seated into the
spindles. If you have to replace a sensor; have fun.
IIRC, your car came from NY and I'm sure its stuck in
there fast. :)
