[Shotimes] Tokico failure?

I had a right rear Tokico failure where the oil leaked all out. I bought
them from www.shox.com and they worked with me on the whole deal. What I
ended up doing was purchasing one new
strut from them. And sent the old failed one back after I replaced it, so
the car had no down time. And when it got sent back I got refunded for the
one I bought.
I believe your best option is to deal directly with the vendor you bought it
from, and try to work out something similar if possible if you don't want
the down time on the car.
