Do you know PHP?  If I'm not mistaken it's developed in PHP.

I was thinking more along the lines of someone else maintaining it but
it residing on the Shoclub website.  I'm not a computer genius, maybe
I'm not stating my intent right.  That way it would always be in the
same place and wouldn't get "lost" if whoever volunteered to maintain
it couldn't any more.  I'm sure it could be maintained remotely. 
There seems to be no shortage of computer brainiacs on this list. 
There has to be someone who can do it!  : )
