Thanks for the replies.  I checked with Doug Lewis at FPS, I just 
can't afford his tranny as much as I'd love to have it!

I'm thinking of going to the dealer and having them install a reman 
unit from Motorcraft.  I hear it comes with 3yr 36k warranty.  Does 
anyone have any experience with these units?  Good choice, bad 
choice?
