[Shotimes] crank bolt ?

Heavy duty impact should do it.  Just keep working at it.

I just took off a pully on an engine on a stand.  it had the plugs out 
so no compression and although the engine turned a little, the bolt came 
off after about a minute.  I just had a mid-range Craftsman impact with 
a typical cheap floor standing compressor.
