I used a dolly, as shown in attached photos, to do this with my wrecked '91
a few years back. For a "good" car, you'd want to make the dolly as low
profile as possible to minimize the height you'd need to raise the body, but
since this one was wrecked anyway I just cut away all the sheet metal at the
front of the car and pulled the dolly straight out through where the
radiator would normally be. Worked great.
