Disconnect the battery. Then, depress the deccelaratrix (brake) pedal to
"empty" any idle strategies stored in the EEC memory. (or maybe those two
should be reversed - brake pedal, then disconnect the battery)
Reconnect the battery. Start the engine. Do not touch the velocirator
(gas) pedal. Turn on the headlights, A/C, boomin' strereo (if you have
one), and turn the steering wheel a few turns each way. This allows the EEC
to adjust the idle with all of the accessory loads present.
