[Shotimes] IAB/ Idle set procedure

Just as an extra note, pause between doing all of those things a
little bit.  For example, turn on the headlights, then wait a moment. 
Watch the tach.  You'll see it fluctuate a little.  It will soon
settle at normal idle; around 900 rpm.  Then turn on the A/C also. 
Watch the idle.  It will settle.  Do the same with anything else that
may put a load on the engine.  I always do the steering wheel last,
but it may not make a difference.
