[Shotimes] LEDs and lamp out

having several CTS-V's for sale is proof that they are desirable, as the
first batches were bought by speculators that are now trying to get
profit. Probably they are finding that it isn't quite exotic enough to
gain in value, like people found with the Viper and other so-called
exotics. But the CTS-V is a home run for GM and Cadillac. As for the
interior of the Caddy. I think the test is that they are comfortable,
yes, conservative somewhat and they hold up well. I see nothing wrong
with what they offer, it is high end materials, put together well.
I just find it funny that people will be happy to praise the imports,
when there is a real success story in Cadillac. With some luck, some of
that will rub off on the other GM products, as I would hope most people
here would rather have a strong Ford/GM product line as have them go away.
As for BMW and sales, maybe they are getting some conquest sales in new
demographics, but they are really pissing off the fans. Just read the
BMW club magazine and a very high percentage of owners are not happy
with the styling direction for sure, and most are not happy with the
extreme complexity, and very few like the "I-drive". Yes you can get
used to it, but when BMW had a dash design that was easier to work/learn
and operate, the I-drive is there just for effect, it has no real
advantage whatsoever.
