Why not just use and R-12 replacement refrigerant instead of going to
all the trouble of converting to R134a? i did this on my 93 and I
have been pleased. The refrigerant is really no more expensive than
r134a.
I used the following, from these guys, I bought half a case and used
it in several R-12 systems. It is claimed to work in eithe a r134 or
an r12 system if I remember correctly.
